We got a call from a local daycare center to replace one system. Two weeks later while the permits were pending, the other system died.
It was the perfect time to raise both units up to protect them from the landscapers.

Again, Brian from JP Electric in Highland Lakes had to straighten out and fix a ton of stuff. We then worked together to pull new feeds to the new systems.

Sarah the owner, and all her employees were super nice and easy to deal with.
We definitely wanted to go above and beyond for them because they are all very hard workers.

This customer purchased this condo with a very old heat pump system that didn’t function at all. The situation was complicated and had limited options.
The supplier we deal with designed a very efficient heat pump system with an emergency back up heat strip.
We were also able to adjust the fan speed to send the cold air up three stories.

Brian from JP Electric in Highland Lakes had a ton of work to do to straighten out years of electrical butchering. Now everything is wired correctly, safe, and up to current code.

The top of mountain of Highland Lakes. This house just needed a little help with off setting the oil heat costs and a tad more AC. The home owner wanted it in this indoor location, which we agreed on. We just didn’t know there were multiple layers of solid wood behind it. It’s fine, we go through tons of $100 drill bits.
Additionally, the supplier gave him a bigger and better unit because they screwed up the delivery.

Two zone, top of the line heat pump system we installed in Barry Lakes. The house has very inefficient electric heat and no AC. Now this owner is good to go for years to come.

Two companies told an 88 year old woman that she would have to replace her 2018 AC system because they couldn’t put freon in it. The woman’s house is sold and the realtor called and asked if we could look at it for a replacement price.
I just fixed it quick and charged the freon. System runs great.

Sometimes it just needs to be fixed…
