Every detail was thoughtfully designed alongside the homeowners to maximize their property while meeting the unique zoning requirements of their lot.
This home was built for the homeowners’ daughter so she could be closer to her parents and her sister, who lives right next door. It’s a perfect example of how an ADU can bring families together while creating a beautiful, independent living space.
The custom floor plan features a larger kitchen with approximately six additional feet of cabinetry and countertop space, creating an incredible amount of storage and workspace. The expanded kitchen island becomes the centerpiece - perfect for gathering, entertaining, or everyday living.
