Finished up a unit in Milwaukie, pretty significant interior renovation. We demo'd all the existing carpets, toilets, base trim and cabinets, installed New flooring throughout, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanity, pedestal sink, base trim, re caulked tub surround, new countertops, sinks and faucets throughout. PDX Home Specialties LLC came through and did the flooring and the bulk of the base trim. Galloni Granite LLC provided sinks and countertop Pacific paint northwest painted the walls and ceilings and Liz Housecleaning cleaned the unit (big shout out to them as this unit was filthy as you can see from the before shots).
