Office staff was fantastic! Unit went down on a Tuesday and I had renters arriving on Friday. The crew got on it immediately and finished up before the renters arrived. GREAT SERVICE!!!!

Ropers will be the only company we call! Smooth process from start to finish! They recommend a fix that saved us a quite a bit of money to cool our upstairs. Worked great! Roper's did the hvac on our new cabin build. So we called them to inquire about a whole house dehumidifier add-on. Jeff came out for the initial site inspection (he was great), a few days later they sent their team out to install an AprilAire unit. The guys were fantastic, respectful, and really knew what they were doing. Our mechanical room is a bit tight, so we were a little concerned.. but wow - what a clean install!! We love these guys. We highly recommend these folks.
