We wanted to share an update about our ongoing project in Stroudsburg. This week we had new exterior signage installed and it looks great! We are putting the finishing touches on the space and are one step closer to opening day!

BIG NEWS FROM MODUS CONSTRUCTION!

On 4/29, we officially received the Certificate of Occupancy for the TownePlace Suites in Lebanon!

What an incredible milestone and a true testament to the hard work, care, and dedication that went into bringing this project one step closer to the finish line. Stay tuned for some additional details and the Grand Opening!

We’re excited to welcome Dane Warfield to Team Modus!

Dane has been working with us on the Lebanon project over the past few months, already showcasing his talent and experience. He brings a strong background in carpentry and framing, along with experience running his own landscaping business and Warfield’s Martial Arts. He’s also a 1st Degree Black Belt in Hapkido Self Defense.

At Modus, Dane is starting in the field as an Assistant Superintendent/Carpenter with a clear path for growth in leadership and management—and we’re excited to support his journey.

We are looking forward to working with Dane and seeing him make a positive impact at Modus!

Final touches are coming together at the Lebanon TownePlace Suites!

Furniture is going in, details are being dialed in, and this project is just about ready to welcome its first guests. It’s always exciting to see a build reach this stage—where all the hard work starts to feel like home. Stay tuned… opening day is right around the corner!
