National Restoration® is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, dependable Crew Leader to join our team!
📍 Location: Monroe, NC
💰 Pay: Up to $35/hour (additional pay opportunities for certain certifications and responsibilities)
🕗 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
💼 Position: Full-Time, W-2

National Restoration is a locally owned general contractor serving Mecklenburg, Union, and Cabarrus counties. We specialize in repairing homes and buildings after water and fire damage, along with renovations, additions, and historic home construction.
We take pride in quality workmanship, clear communication, and doing the job right!
🛠️ WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
We're looking for someone who can take ownership of a project from start to finish while working alongside their crew.
✔️ Lead and supervise a crew of two technicians, plus additional laborers as needed
✔️ Perform hands-on carpentry, including framing, drywall, doors, windows, trim, and finish work
✔️ Plan daily work and keep projects on schedule
✔️ Read and follow project plans and scopes of work
✔️ Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
✔️ Document daily progress with photos and communicate updates to the Project Manager
✔️ Manage materials, tools, and equipment on-site
✔️ See projects through from the first visit to the final walkthrough
💪 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
✅ 5+ years of carpentry or construction experience on residential rebuild projects
✅ Proven experience independently managing entire jobs from start to finish
✅ Experience leading a crew of at least two people
✅ Ability to read plans and written scopes of work
✅ Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
✅ Your own hand tools and trade-specific power tools
✅ Valid driver's license and willingness to authorize background and driving record checks
✅ Ability to climb ladders, lift materials, and work in attics and crawlspaces
✅ Ability to document work using a smartphone
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in water or fire damage restoration, lead-safe renovation or IICRC water-damage certification, pricing change orders, or managing subcontractors is a plus, but not required!
