Vermont Recreational installs highway guardrail and bridge rail, fencing products, and does tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts throughout New England. Employees are responsible for handling and installing all of the materials for the installation. You must be able to lift 100 lbs., stay on your feet all day, follow instructions, and adapt to constantly changing situations in a fast-paced environment. The position is M-F; occasional Saturdays may be required to make up for lost time or a heavy workload, Guaranteed 50 hours per week. All the overtime you want. Seasonal position April through December or until ground freezes.

Small fast paced office. Hours 7 to 5 M - F. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and email usage, have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently. Previous construction office experience a plus. Tasks include answering the phone, preparing proposals (Printing plans, reading specs, getting quotes, etc.), ordering product, answering phone, etc. Will be asked to show Microsoft office knowledge in the job interview.

One of our recent projects at Owl's Nest Resort was recently featured on New England Ski Journal's Summer Escape video. We constructed the pickleball courts from start to finish and did the fence for the clay courts - constructed by our partners at New England Tennis from Easton, NH. Previous experience in a construction setting is helpful, but not required. References required to evidence good work habits/ethics. Tasks include answering the phone, preparing proposals (Printing plans, reading specs, getting quotes, etc.), ordering product, answering the phone, etc. Office is open 7 to 5 Monday to Friday. Can be flexible within those hours.
