Happy New year to everyone. This goes out to all of our Employees, friends, family, and clients. 2025 was another great year for IMC, we found some heavy obstacles in 2025 as any company in this industry does, but we overcame them. We are still a huge part of the United States first Fusion Energy Power Plant being built here in Massachusetts. We have learned a lot being official and operational now for a solid 5 years. We have some great contractors working with us, Our shop here in Ayer, MA still continues to expand with new projects everyday.
We our happy to announce our first new contract for the new year, was just agreed to by our largest client "Commonwealth Fusion Systems" today and finalized, We have another client that is also extending their contracts "Vibracoustic". This will take us through most of 2026 and keep the Ayer facility very busy. We have been very fortunate to have the clients we do and able to keep our teams busy. Without a great team of people, companies like IMC just won't exist. We are here to help in the industrial division for any maintenance needs. Looking forward to the growth to keep happening and wishing everyone the best year they have ever had here in 2026.

So, at this time, "Twiztid Static" my can am, breaks something everytime we ride it. So it is down possibly till next spring, going to do a lot of fabricating to the rear and front end to make it more durable for the 50" tires and 8" portals.

IMC is looking for up to 10 mechanical technicians with hydraulic experience. Working with presses, injection molding machines, automation, manufacturing. All 3 shifts available. Staring out at 5/10's may increase once project gets going.

MUST HAVE industrial safety experience. This is a in house maintenance contract position. Your responsibilities consist of keeping production running, troubleshooting equipment if it fails, and correcting it quickly to get it up and running again.

Up to $45/Hr, DOE, and per-diem offered for those who qualify.

This is a contract position that will vary between 30 days to 6 months. Possibly more depending on your work ethic. You will be evaluated at a minimum for the first 30 days and that will determine your place and compensation here with us. We do drug tests and background history. PPE is required, if you don't know what that is, you are not qualified for this position. We are looking for 10+ years experience in the field. But that is not a deal breaker.

Experience in AutoCAD, Solid Works, Fusion 360, Mastercam, 3D printing software, and different file types such as G-Code, STL, STP is a plus.
