A new customer in the Raymond area reached out after moving into a home with a non-working heat pump system. They had been relying on expensive emergency heat and were told the only option was a complete new system replacement.

After taking a closer look, our team found a better path.

Instead of replacing everything, we were able to install a new outdoor unit, restore proper cooling operation, and get the system back online before the summer heat arrives — all while saving the homeowner from replacing equipment they didn’t actually need.

Sometimes the right answer isn’t replacing everything.

This mobile home was recently moved into the park, and with new owners preparing to move in soon, the existing HVAC system needed to be evaluated and hooked back up properly.

After inspecting the equipment, our team determined the system still had solid life left in it. Rather than pushing for a full replacement, we focused on what the customer actually needed: safe, reliable heating and cooling ready for move-in.

At Hanson Heating & Cooling, we believe long-term trust matters more than short-term sales.
