DLS Structures LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking Field Service Technician to join our growing industrial servi involves performing on-site maintenance, repairs, installations, and fabrication work for ready-mix concrete plants, industrial facilities.

Responsibilities
• Perform field service repairs and maintenance on industrial equipment
* Service and maintain ready-mix concrete plants (conveyors, hoppers, mixers, belts, etc.)
• Install and repair warehouse racking, dock equipment, and overhead doors
• Conduct welding and fabrication (MIG/Stick preferred)
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems and basic electrical components
• Perform preventative maintenance (PM inspections)
• Read and follow job scopes, blueprints, and work orders
• Maintain a safe and clean job site
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Qualifications
• Experience in industrial maintenance, construction, or ready-mix plant work preferred
• Welding experience is a strong plus
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and travel locally
• Comfortable working in outdoor, dusty, and heavy industrial environments
* Ability to lift 50+ Ibs and work long hours when needed
