Dobbs Construction successfully completed another high-quality project, delivering a 12x36 porch with a shingle roof and 2x2 spindle handrail. Additional features included the installation of white vinyl soffit on the ceiling, new white fascia around the roof overhang, replacement of damaged wood on six windows, and renewal of aluminum wrap on all windows. Furthermore, 114 feet of new gutters and downspouts with leaf guards were installed by Superior Gutters company in Monticello, who performed exceptionally well.
