Replaced a 2 ton heat pump system today. The liquid line was 5/16” so the high efficiency system would not have functioned properly. As a result, we ran a new lineset and increase line sizes to manufacturer specifications. Switching from a 10 seer to a 17.2 seer2 two stage system. Customer will save between 40 and 48% on energy consumption and even more when operating at partial load!!

Installed the 6th mini split system for a great customer today. Came out beautifully!! Tomorrow we will be replacing one of the conventional systems in his house. We we be upgrading them from a single stage propane furnace with AC to a 2 stage 96% propane furnace with a 2 stage 18 seer heat pump.

We were recommended to a customer yesterday by another contractor. I arrived on site to find the metering device not working. We replaced the TXV and filter drier. When I was in the outdoor unit I found the installing contractor put a 5/8” elbow where a 7/8” elbow was supposed to have been. I pulled it apart and replaced with 7/8” pipe and elbow. Then replaced the insulation. I didn’t charge the customer for the additional work, just went the extra mile.... there is a difference.

'We had a great furnace and AC installation that was professional and fast. When we thought we had a different issue on a Saturday, they came to our house later that same morning with one of their most experienced people. You don't find places with service like this very often. This team is great.
