Really tough project for a great customer, Mr. Tom in Oden, Arkansas.
Tight attic that didn't have the space for a split system in it. So we installed a package unit and ran the duct up the exterior wall. This was a very old home that had never had HVAC installed.
We take pride in helping figure out how to get it done and doing it correctly.
Ouchita Refrigeration was the lead company on this project. They handled the mechanical while we took care of the sheet metal.

From that mess to this. Example of a very small portion of this 4 system, complete replacement of the entire duct system. The return air was "panned" off in the floor joist cavities. It had multiple water lines routed throughout it and was sucking in as much crawl space air as it was from the inside of the home. Wrecked it out, rerouted the water lines and made the return air, "air tight" as it should be.
The customers of this condo are great people who we really enjoyed working with to improve their home.

Due to Sutherlands customers assuming we work there and constantly asking us where things are located, we had to officially change our uniform colors from Military green to Navy blue.
It was exhausting showing everyone where everything in the store is located while I was trying to get my shopping done.😂
New look, same great service and workmanship.
