Exciting news, everyone! 🚧 The Men's Restrooms at Muncie First Serve are currently under construction, but don't worry, we've been through this before and we know it'll be worth the wait! If it's anything like the amazing lobby remodel, we can expect a fresh new look, modern amenities, and a more comfortable space for everyone. 🚧 **MITCHELL HUB PROGRESS UPDATE!** 🚧

Our team of subcontractors has been hard at work prepping and finishing the footers for the foundation here at Mitchell Hub in Muncie!

We’re getting closer to the next big milestone, and we’re excited to get this phase through inspection so we can officially begin laying the foundation for the structure.🏗️

It’s always exciting to see a project move from plans on paper to something you can actually stand on — and we’re just getting started!

Stay tuned as Mitchell Hub continues to take shape!

⭐ **EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: JORDAN LEHMAN!** ⭐

Jordan Lehman has been on the road for several weeks, and while the days may feel long, the weeks have certainly flown by! This time, Jordan has taken his talents all the way to the great state of **Florida**, and we couldn’t be more proud of the work he’s doing.

What started as a multicolored room with a vision is quickly becoming a building with purpose—and Jordan has played a big role in bringing that vision to life.

We asked Jordan what he thought about the project so far, and his response gave us even more reason to be proud:

“This project has made me much more confident. I’ve had to make decisions, solve problems, communicate with different people, and keep things moving without always having someone available to guide me.”

He also shared how much the experience has helped him grow professionally:

“It has also improved my planning and communication skills. I’ve learned that many problems can be avoided by asking the right questions early and making sure everyone is on the same page.”

And while Jordan has taken on plenty of responsibility himself, he knows the importance of having a strong team behind him. He gave a special shoutout to Matt, Tyler, and Cody, saying:

“I’ve also reached out to Matt, Tyler, and Cody when I felt I could have handled something better or needed advice. They have helped me tremendously over the phone by offering guidance on problems I’ve encountered.”

That’s what **teamwork** is all about. 👏

We’re incredibly grateful for the leadership, perseverance, and dedication Jordan continues to show while representing our team away from home. We’re also thankful for the people behind the scenes who continue to pour into him and help him grow.
