This install was a full cut with new Rheem/Ruud equipment and ductwork. We relocated the unit and redesigned the ductwork to prevent back flow for maximum efficiency. We ALWAYS install new drain pan with a dual series float switch. This prevents any chance of leaks and water damage to home. We’re @ $9000 for this full system with codes approved and less than 5% ductwork, labor and all.
