At Scott Hale, we're proud to have team members who not only excel at their craft but also make a lasting impact on their coworkers and customers. This week, we're shining the spotlight on Sterling!
With more than a decade of industry experience, Sterling is a trusted expert in residential plumbing installation. He specializes in drain re-pipes, where his creativity and problem-solving skills help make projects more efficient and less disruptive for homeowners. No matter the challenge, Sterling's technical expertise and customer-first mindset ensure every job is completed with quality and care.
Sterling's journey with Scott Hale began over 11 years ago as an install apprentice. After gaining valuable experience in both installation and service, he now leads one of our installation teams while helping develop the next generation of plumbers. One of his proudest accomplishments? Watching his very first apprentice grow into a Team Lead who is now mentoring an apprentice of his own. That's the kind of legacy we're proud to celebrate.
Certified in TracPipe and trained in Perma-Liner, Sterling is known just as much for his positive attitude as he is for his skill. His optimism, empathy, and willingness to support those around him make him an invaluable part of our team. If you hear someone whistling while they work, chances are it's Sterling bringing a little extra positivity to the day!
When he's not helping homeowners or mentoring teammates, you'll find Sterling spending time with his kids, camping, or enjoying a good video game.
