We built this deck 5 years ago and the customer asked to have a roof installed over it. The crew battled through this cold weather and got it done.

Heres a recent project. A second floor Addtion. We had to first extend the chimney above the new roof elevation. To be able to beat the weather with this type of construction, we actually installed the new floor joists, erected the new walls, framed the rafters, sheet, shingle before we even removed the old roof structure. Not one drop of rain inside during this phase. Then we resided and shingled the new and existing.
