Customer complained of weak airflow and a blower motor that kept overheating. Found a piece of ductboard insulation had fallen into the supply above the blower housing and completely restricted airflow — causing the old motor to burn out. Removed obstruction, replaced motor, and got the system back running properly. 🔧❄️

This is why proper diagnostics matter.
