Another Pool House Extension pad this week. We thought we were showing up to prep and pour a 4” pad and that quickly turned into a 16” turn down with elevations way off once things got relocated. Nonetheless we got everything set up, another pool drain installed and a beautiful broom finish slab poured.

Absent from posting but not from working!
Out with the old dangerous small pad and steps immediately out of the front door; To a nice new elevated, projected face pad.
New steps and relocated sidewalk as the old one was beat up, out of code, and didn’t go with the new layout. Stay tuned to see what Adam Sines and Sines Construction and Remodeling does with the rest of this front porch and handrailing.

This customer had an unexpected medical emergency, and needed concrete put in to still be able to get around his property on a motorized wheelchair without issue. Everything is within ADA compliance and built to last with fiber and welded wire panels all throughout. Yesterday we dug everything out to get a nice hard base of stone down, formed it up and poured it this morning.

Here’s a couple jobs we got knocked out early this week. The sidewalk was previously a DIY paver walkway, once removed we formed up a nice 4 foot wide sidewalk, in addition to the detached trashcan pad and a shed ramp.
Afterward we went and tore out a busted up old concrete pad, put 4 inches of rock down and replaced it with a beautiful broom finish, bordered edge pad. Doweled into the existing concrete walls, laid in some welded wire mesh panels to prevent future heaving.
