to 2019 when we installed this 8-Zone Warm Floors™ system for a project in Palo Alto.

The system included an A.O. Smith Vertex, two Taco ZVC boxes, eight Taco Sentry valves, and two Wilo pumps, providing radiant heat across 4,000 square feet. A great example of efficiency and comfort combined.

We recently had the pleasure of revisiting a Warm Floors™ system that has been in continuous operation since its installation in 1993—over 30 years of trouble-free performance! During this visit, we conducted a thorough inspection and performed essential upgrades to ensure the system continues to run at peak efficiency. These updates included the installation of new, Taco Zone Valves, Taco Zone Valve Control Boxes, and Nest Thermostats.

Featured here is one of our Roth Panel installations for the Warm Floors™ system.

The Roth Panel offers a versatile solution for radiant heating, suitable for both new construction and remodels. Available in 3/4" or 1" thickness, it includes an aluminum surface and rigid foam insulation to minimize heat loss. While it can be installed on floors, walls, or ceilings, we've found it most effective when used on floors.

This particular project highlights a Warm Floors™ system with 8 heating zones, powered by a Navien NFC-250/200H tankless combi-boiler.

Another boiler replacement complete!

Our client had an HTP Munchkin that failed and needed to be replaced ASAP. Fortunately, our team is well-prepared for these situations. Since Munchkins are discontinued, we decided to spec a Navien NFB-200H Boiler as a suitable replacement. We considered a Navien Combi Boiler, but since the existing setup allowed a standard boiler to supply both domestic hot water and radiant heating, and the client urgently needed hot water, we decided to go with another standard boiler.

Out with the old and in with the new!

One of our clients loved the Warm Floors™ system they had in their house so much that they decided to get another one for their office! We're replacing the existing radiant system with a brand new Warm Floors™ 3-Zone Combined module and a new Navien NCB-190/60H Combi Boiler. We've also modified our module to incorporate future zones when the client is ready to add them to the office.

Another Staple-Down installation complete ✅

This project in Santa Cruz features 1,300 square feet of radiant heating distributed across 4 zones. The system is powered by an HTP Phoenix 130-80 Water Heater, providing efficient heating for the radiant system and ample domestic hot water.

A couple of years ago, we upgraded a dated radiant heating system from another company to our efficient Warm Floors™ solution. The old system ran non-stop, barely raising the temperature and causing the client's gas bills to skyrocket. After installing our system, their bills decreased, and their radiant heating performance improved significantly.
