Dr. Luis C Hernandez the Founder, President/CEO of South Beach General Contractor of Naples, was born in Miami Beach, Florida. Has been in the Engineering/Construction Industry for over 30 years. First working as an Army Engineer in the U.S. Army and completion of the high standards of the Army Military Occupational skill M.O.S. 12 bravo, where he proudly served and earned the title of Combat Engi

neer "Sapper." As a Combat Engineer he learned to perform a variety of construction and demolition tasks under combat conditions and provide his expertise in areas such as combat mobility, countermobility, survivability and general engineering. He later learned the trade from his family with a long tradition of building and remodeling homes, and started developing relationships with industry entities, attended several construction conventions and started out working on home remodeling projects. As time went on, he took on more challenging projects as well as developing relationships with local banks. As a result of his dedicated efforts, Dr. Hernandez DBA: South Beach General contractors was ready to take on the home building aspect of the industry. The company purchased several lots across multiple counties and started the construction of commercial buildings and residential homes. Family and business have always coexisted in Dr. Hernandez life. Family being his foremost priority, he has been able to address the needs and demands of his customers in time and to their satisfaction.
