NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED HVAC/R TECHNICIAN
LARRY’S REFRIGERATION & A/C – LOCATED IN NEDERLAND, TEXAS
We are looking to add a skilled and dependable HVAC/R Technician to our growing team in Southeast Texas. We welcome qualified candidates who take pride in their work, enjoy problem-solving, and are committed to providing excellent service to our customers.
What We’re Looking For:
● At least 2 years of hands-on experience in the field of HVAC/R service, maintenance, and repair (or equivalent training/experience)
● Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
● Experience with residential and/or commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
● Reliable transportation
● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
● Strong communication and customer service skills
● Willingness to work occasional overtime, weekends, and limited overnight travel for out-of-area assignments
What You’ll Do:
● Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (residential and commercial)
● Service and repair commercial refrigeration equipment
● Perform routine preventive maintenance
● Install HVAC/R equipment and components as needed
● Complete all work safely and in accordance with industry standards
● Deliver professional, respectful service to customers at all times
