Remodeling project of a 142 year old building (was a post office in the late 1800’s.)

Stung a bit removing those big beautiful wood windows, but still have great sunlight and more importantly egress to code. Cedar clapboard and trim with bed molding to maintain some of that charm.

Before & After of a fascia wrap and gutter replacement we finished… we were originally meant to just replace the gutters, but once removed we noticed that whoever had done the fascia trim prior cut corners and just slipped the aluminum behind the gutter; leaving the upper half of the wood fascia exposed to the elements.

Upon presenting this to the homeowner, he decided to have it wrapped correctly.
