Installing open-cell in a metal shop! For those considering insulation options for your metal buildings, let's dive into why spray foam could be your go-to choice!

🔹 Open-Cell vs. Closed-Cell Spray Foam:
Both options are great, but here’s the scoop:

Open-Cell Foam is softer, more flexible, and has excellent sound dampening properties. It's perfect for interiors where it will be covered, as in this project where we’re using liner panels to neatly conceal the insulation.
Closed-Cell Foam is denser, offers a higher R-value per inch, and adds rigidity to the structure. It has a cleaner, more finished look if you're considering leaving it exposed.
For this metal shop, the choice of open-cell foam fits perfectly under the liner panels, ensuring a clean look and fantastic energy efficiency without compromising on aesthetics. 🏭✨

A little open-cell foam in New Braunfels!

Hey central Texas! 🏡 Yesterday, we transformed a little shed into a cozy, energy-efficient space.

No job is too big or too small!!

We chose open-cell spray foam insulation, and wow, what a difference it makes!

Why open-cell spray foam? It’s simply amazing for our climate here in Texas. Not only does it provide superior insulation, keeping the interior cool in our scorching summers and warm in mild winters, but it also helps with soundproofing. Plus, it's moisture permeable, which means it lets the shed breathe a bit—super important around here!

The crew (Richard and Jonathan) were in and out in no time, professional and neat.
