Perhaps all an old property needs is a little TLC…

This property was in need of some serious revamping, with a dangerously large amount of dilapidation this project took effect with lots of care and attention in mind. We removed the old cedar shake siding and replaced it with brand new double 4 vinyl siding, installed new soffit and fascia around the eaves, rebuilt the downstairs addition with higher ceilings and a bigger footprint, installed a new rubber roof, added a sun deck above the new addition, removed and replaced the old gutters, completed interior and exterior trim/paint/finishes, and added 2 new doors plus all new windows.

Fall 2025 - This client wanted to upgrade this little home into a modern day little oasis. This little home got all new siding, 4 new windows, new soffit and facia, and new window and door trim. Along with all the new additions, we fully insulated the structure to make it more comfortable and energy efficient. We also removed the existing side window and covered the opening to match the rest of the home.

Sometimes the tiniest upgrades make the biggest difference to your house and style!

Fall 2025 - This client wanted to add some curb appeal to their house with a stylish modern front door, this new door was 36 inches wide which was 8 inches wider than the original door!! To make this work, we removed the original door, reframed the opening, and fixed the exterior siding and interior trims.
