[kōst], LLC is a Louisiana-based, HUB Zone certified, general contractor licensed to provide a wide variety of professional construction services. [kōst], LLC was formed in 2021 with the goal of providing the highest quality service to meet our client’s needs across all disciplines of construction and cultivate a rich, diverse, and inclusive culture that will continue to be reflective of the commu

nities we support. Our experience includes some of the largest projects over the Southeast Gulf Coast Region and has included many design-build projects and a vast number of landscapes. Our whole team was born and raised within a stone's throw of the Mississippi River in the drastically disappearing coastal plains of South Louisiana and is uniquely familiar with the challenges facing the area. Design
[kōst] staff includes a registered landscape architect, and a licensed arborist. We are familiar with the design challenges of the coastal area and have collaborated with many of the engineering teams helping to preserve the vital needs of the coastal communities. [kōst] is experienced in the new green infrastructure design policies that help improve all communities and support the water and air quality as well as protect our precious habitat and wildlife.

You called and we answered.
Because of the overwhelming response to our posts in the Sugar Mill Community Page we've decided to pump our brakes before we break our pumps.
This is a strategic plan to maintain the quality of our work and be affordable to the hard working community.
We won't be scheduling any new fixes until we get closer to finishing our current clients.
We are currently building and educating 2 new crews for this work.
One of our own has experienced all of your frustrations so this mission is personal for us as well.
Please continue to respond as we will continue to assess your homes and tell you the truth about what is happening and how to fix your issues at an affordable cost.
