A lady was interested in my car for her uber business, so a contract was drafted, signed and delivered. Days later she requested for change of terms and conditions of monthly repayment against the contract signed, she was granted. The surprising is that she could not even honor her own contract and failed on payments. Again she requested downward review and I knew it was DANGER FLAG. The irony was that at the point of signing, she used her pastor who preaches on Integrity to swear that will honor her commitment in one piece. When she comes to renegotiate terms, it is always with arrogance. So I wonder why people use their pastors and churches names to act unethically in the marketplace? If you can't honor your own terms, which contract will you honor?
