👉 Estimating Time, Duplication of Efforts

⌚️SO MUCH LOST TIME!!! Spreadsheets are used by the MAJORITY of Contractors to create the "Summary" spreadsheet, Topsheet, etc. that includes all items of work identified in the Project. These items of work are then grouped into Pricing/Bid Packages in accordance with the way the pricing will be received.

🎯Then, the Pricing/Bid Packages must be copied over to the Scope Sheets for Bid Levelling!

⏰ALL of these different spreadsheets are saved IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS!

Bid Levelling / Scope Gap

BidArtPro is, BY FAR, the most advanced Bid Levelling tool ANYWHERE! Other companies say “Oh sure, we have bid levelling!” but theirs is NO WHERE CLOSE!!

Subs/Suppliers are preloaded so selection is easy when pricing is received.
Priority Scope questions and Job Specific Scope questions are easily shown for compliance ( # of Addendum, Per Plans & Specs, etc.) and are flagged Red if not in compliance.

Scope items are automatically brought forward and can be expanded easily.
"Excluded" items are substituted with "Estimated Values" keeping the Pricing apples and apples.

Alternate and Unit Pricing requirements are automatically added to the Scope Sheet.
From identifying Scope Gap to Cautionary Percentages to Sub/Supplier adjustments, and SO MUCH MORE are included to arrive at the REAL number to be used.

✅The Cost-Of-Work (COW) Summary shows the Pricing/Bid Package(s), Quantity, Units, Unit Prices and Estimated Values

✅When Pricing is received, it is then "levelled" (using the most advanced Levelling tool in the Industry) and the "Best Value" Subcontractor is selected and automatically brought forward to the COW Summary in Black and the selected vendor's name.

✅Any Scope Gap is shown on the COW Summary along with the cost per Unit and a Division total cost.

✅The Pricing/Bid Captain and the Pricing/Bid Team Leader can make any modifications necessary to ensure accuracy…in REAL time.
