A couple of pics of our latest project. This apartment suffered from a lot of water damage . We had to replace all the flooring, moldings , paint , and much more . Progress is still under way ! We are also replacing the kitchen and master bath.

We did a complete rehab on this 160 year old door . Removed all the layers of paint on the exterior side . New glass and a new wooden threshold . Should last another 100 years!

The historic Port Colden schoolhouse from 1869. Part of New Jerseys school system and now used as an administrative building . We recently finished this project.

A few weeks back we got the all ship lap boards up on the timber frame pavilion project. Heading back down there soon to finish up some loose ends and take some pics ! Can’t wait to see the new metal roof !
