the library at our 1820s townhouse renovation took a deep level care to restore its original historic details like the plaster moldings. The moldings all done by hand, plus new millwork, wall coverings, parquet flooring, custom integrated lighting and more, restored the space to its original charm

Signature was hired along with architect Studio Brandon Sanchez to restore & convert this West Village townhouse to a single family home. Originally built in 1859, the 22-ft wide property was previously a multi-family residence and required significant repairs & renovation to convert back to a single-family home. The project included major structural reinforcements and enlarged openings at the rear of the house, all new mechanical systems, windows, and doors, and new finishes throughout.
