Next in our feature showcase in our recent combustion control upgrade at 220 Riverside Boulevard: the Autoflame Engineering Limited Electronic Gas Analyzer (EGA). The EGA can operate as a standalone independent continuous monitor, or it can feed back its readings to the Autoflame Mk8 Control Panel – allowing it to adjust the fuel/air (trim) ratios accordingly for optimal performance. Its continuous monitoring of up to 6 exhaust gases allow for accurate adjustments in order to operate more efficiently. This operational efficiency can lead to an increase in fuel efficiency by up to 2%, saving thousands per year!

We’d like to begin the week with our first feature showcase in a recent extensive combustion control upgrade at 220 Riverside Boulevard: the Autoflame Engineering Limited Mk8 Control Panel! The Mk8 Controller allows you to manage virtually all boiler processes from a single touchscreen. The linkageless burner control system allows for precise control over the servomotors that efficiently coordinate boiler operation that allows for optimal performance. The increased operational efficiency can lead to an increase in fuel efficiency by up to 7% over traditional linkage systems.

Great day of training with our techs as we introduced a beginner’s course on Autoflame devices.
The session focused on the fundamentals: how Autoflame systems work, what technicians should look for in the field, and how to confidently navigate the device menus. From understanding the basic controls to walking through menu functions and settings, the goal was to build a strong foundation that helps our team troubleshoot, operate, and support these systems more effectively.
We’re proud to continue investing in hands-on training that strengthens our technicians’ knowledge, confidence, and ability to serve customers in the field.
