Last week, Plaza Construction together with Quadrum Global and Architecture, Incorporated celebrated the groundbreaking of Arlo Hotels' newest location in Washington, DC.

The Arlo DC Hotel is a unique project that involves the restoration and preservation of DC’s oldest known surviving apartment building - The Harrison, built in 1882 and the construction of a new 12-story concrete structure to accommodate a 445 key hotel.

We can't wait to watch this project take shape!

Plaza Construction values not only our US service members, but also sustainability in our communities. We are proud to say the Intrepid Spirit Center (ISC) at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida recently received LEED Certification!

Plaza has teamed with Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund on nine (9) Intrepid Spirit Centers since 2013. These centers provide treatment for post-traumatic stress & traumatic brain injuries in active duty service members, and 90% of patients continue on active duty in the armed forces.

Located in downtown Newark, Onyx Equities' revitalization of Gateway Center is truly the newest jewel of Newark, NJ. The project included the modernization of three of the Gateway Centers building lobbies, extensive renovation of the Concourse, a half mile long tenant walkway, and the addition of a new grand Jewel Box entrance to the Gateway Center.
