Some great shots from of Link Apartments QPN in Long Island City, designed for Grubb Properties. Link is designed as a slender tower atop a block-wide podium using a dark brick facade with a repeating pattern of alternating-sized windows. The brick frames enormous glass windows that look both west to Manhattan and east to the quickly growing LIC skyline.

Thanks to Sam Oberter for the beautiful shots of Colette at The Stacks, which is one of three new buildings that has transformed this former industrial site into a lively, walkable neighborhood. The buildings all emphasize human-scale design with brick plinths and a curved, pedestrian-only corso. Congrats to our clients Akridge and for The Stacks being recognized as a ULI Washington Award for Excellence Finalist!

We are excited to share that 2 Harbor has now achieved both WELL and LEED Platinum certifications!

Located in the South Boston Waterfront, our new high-performance life sciences building offers a mix of naturally lit lab spaces and office facilities. The building is designed to deliver a holistic work environment, with extensive amenities including a fitness studio, indoor/outdoor wellness center, terrace, lounge, and more. The development also includes a one-acre public plaza with a thoughtful selection of plantings to promote biodiversity.

ATX Tower is now complete in downtown Austin, and we have some beautiful aerial photography to share!

ATX Tower includes nearly 370 residential units and 140,000 SF of office space on top of 13 levels of parking. It offers three levels of amenities, including a rooftop pool, outdoor cooking areas, lounges, co-working and fitness spaces, a screening room, and panoramic views of Austin and Lady Bird Lake.
