Our latest design project: Begins it's construction phase with the demolision of (old] existing house; now underway, to make way for new modern design 7.5k SqFt residence in Pincrest, pool and deck are additional 2.5k SqFt.

I got a funny call this afternoon, it was a referral for new design (business). The young man said, "... we want to hire you to help us with our new store... but the problem is we just finished all the construction work and now we want to do the blueprints because the air conditioning contractor wants to take out a permit and as a Trade subcontractor he needs a Master Permit. " (this isn't so uncommon a problem, actually most of the time these type of clients surface after they received a violation notice for illegal constriction activities. ) I recommend that you put the horse in front of the cart , not behind it. The building officials will make it more difficult and it usually costs more money to take the crooked road.
