Stephen Bayconich is a currently a Queens resident for many years. He attended Queens Borough College in Bayside studying Business Administration. He has traveled extensively within NYC, Long Island, Upstate and many states on the Eastern Seaboard for business and pleasure, observing the local cultures and their amenities each neighborhood has to offer. His Professionalism, Positivity and Persistence, brings synergy and excitement to the Real Estate Industry!

He is an experienced, Licensed registered Realtor with (NAR –National Assoc. Realtors) and (LIBOR- L.I. Board of Realtors). His Real Estate Education holds two focal designations that execute a Clients wants and needs from these Certified courses.
