Transformed from a one story home to a custom built two story home detailed with reclaimed barn wood.
We embraced Newport Beach waterfront living with this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with fabulous canal front patio and dock. This custom home was designed for entertaining with an open floor plan, contemporary finishes including reclaimed barn wood trim, limestone, cedar and American Oak floors. We transformed the central great room with reclaimed oak beams, built a fabulous stone fireplace, created polished concrete floors and full length glass pocket doors that open to the bayfront patio, expansive seating area with gas fire pit. We finished the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and our very own custom cabinetry. Throughout the home there are custom fireplace's, walk-in cedar closet's, a second story large covered patio. Spa style master bath with dual sinks, floating tub and separate walk-in shower.
