His experience in commercial and residential new construction and remodeling has helped him build a foundation of knowledge and experience second to none. In 2016 Kim subcontracted with FEMA contractors working to help get people affected by the Louisiana floods of 2016 get into their FEMA trailers on their properties so they could still be close enough to work on and oversee the work on their homes. Kim and his crews built wheelchair ramps, porches, regular and platform steps for both raised and lower homes from start to finish. This disaster relief work provided an opportunity for Mr. Carter to start his business, KW Carter Construction Company, LLC and he is ready and available to serve the central and southern Louisiana community.
