M&S Electric Heating Cooling INC. is a privately-owned and operated construction management company specializing in custom homes. M&S is currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager. This position reports directly to ownership.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee all project planning and coordinating to include all new construction and tenant renovations
· Negotiate vendor contracts
· Order materials based on the job’s needs
· Must be skilled and possess knowledge in all aspects of building construction
· Assess, troubleshoot, and solve problems
· Manage, supervise, and coordinate all maintenance and construction staff’s daily activities
· Ensure tenant repairs & new tenant constructions are done satisfactorily by team members
· Work directly with customers to ensure any needs or concerns are met

· Understand City of Joliet Building Codes

Position Requirements:

· Blueprint reading and understanding
