Put up the tool bag today, and went to enjoy the joint Colts/Falcons camp. Definitely needed the little reset after the last few weeks

Blue tried recruiting me, but unfortunately the HVAC business needs me more 😄

We’ve been very busy recently and just haven’t had time to post much, lots of installs, lots of small tasks to get people cooling! I always love to show everyone the fun stuff, educational and/or the serious stuff vs promotions - so here we go with this one!

Here was an unknown issue to the owner of the house we ran across last week, fixed this evening. Heat exchanger check revealed cracks in the cells - upon removal we found actual holes as well that we could not get to with a camera due to how the furnace itself is constructed.

Furnace time will be here soon, this is a good eye opener!

Also, this flue was very interestingly done….that cheap guy quoting you a water heater - may not always be your best choice. Do your homework! Yes we fixed it this evening as well!

Small milestones mean a lot when you’re building something from the ground up.

Today — we put out our first official Highland Heating & Cooling yard sign.

Every sign we get to put out represents another homeowner who trusted us with their home, and we don’t take that lightly. Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far throughout our first year and a half in the community — it truly means a lot.

If you happen to see one around town, snap a photo and tag us, or better yet use that fancy QR code and set up an appointment for a tune up and we can talk about how cool the signs are in person 👀. Hopefully you’ll be seeing a lot more of them soon, we have 100 and I hope we run out quickly. Thank you all for helping make this and everything we’ve accomplished thus far, possible. 🧡🖤

P.S. the sign is well above avg size, it just looks small…

‼️Prepare for a gross one

It’s been a while since the last post, not sure if anyone noticed but it got REALLY hot 😆 so we were hyper focused on taking care of our clients!

…Now it’s a little less hectic, time for lovely post about a not as common, but still out there type of system..

Ductless units AKA “mini splits” need maintenance too, they are not a set it and forget it type of machine. The indoor heads dependent on their locations and run times can suffer from growth like this — you should absolutely monitor it very consistently, and if it gets super gross they NEED to be disassembled and cleaned.

So, hope y’all have had your lunch already and don’t lose your appetite, here is a couple pics!
