Hello Delhi!

Got this little stain job done for another customer in need!

Seemed like the previous contractor fell short on this project and wasnt called back. Where they fall short we pick up the slack!

Even though some things about this front porch deck aren't built quite right we still got it looking good and treated for the winter season to come.

Stay tuned this spring for the porch revival!
This cute little porch is going to transform even more!

Special thanks to Shannon for trusting us with this stressful situation!

Love having the opportunity to work on beautiful transformations like this one!!!

Tucked away in Indian Hill/ Terrace Park, this hidden gem of a project has really come along beautifully.

For our second visit here we are tasked with rebuilding some rotted framework for a chimney and the floor below it!

Added a few photos of the projects progress as a whole as well.

Special thanks to those who brought us onto this project and allowed us to be apart of it!

Hello Bright, Indiana!

We have us a full gut bath of over 75 years of age and damage.

With a tight budget and some elbow grease we turned this bathroom 180 from what it was.

We lifted a damaged floor 2 " from sagging,
Patched alot of damaged air duct from bleeding into their crawlspace and renewed their entire waterline system to give back clean drinking water from old galvanized pipes. All while under said crawl space lol

This one was tough but we get it done!
Another happy customer!

We like to thank Lacy Laci Lola Montez Smith
And Luke McCracken for giving us this opportunity!

Boy this heat is horrible, but these walls aren't. Moving along on Indian Hill.

Working out in Indian Hill this time.
We have a beautiful home in its remodel stages. We're here framing up the addition outside as well as bumping up uneven subfloors in the inside.

What a beautiful property and great opportunity we had working on this one.

An old yet well maintained deck took some major rot in places that couldn't be helped due to the elements. The life was still there, just needed a bit of tlc. A hefty repair and rebuild job.

There are multiple areas of work. Two stair, joists, sills, and ledgers and about 90% new build front entry patio deck.

Another happy customer!!!
