Picture this.

You’re 18 and your uncle mentions a job that pays more than you’re currently making.
So you decide to give it a shot.

Who among us would have thought that 30 years later, we'd still be at the same company?

That was the farthest thing from Jason Mitchell’s mind, but here he is celebrating his 30th work anniversary with Combi Packaging!

From teenage assembler to our current Vice President of Operations, Jason has seen it all. And knows Combi as well as anyone. He knows the machines. He knows the people. He knows the industry. He knows what it takes to turn "that's not possible" into "here’s what we do."

He doesn't just solve problems. He digs until he finds the root cause, then engineers a solution that makes the impossible look routine. Somewhere along the way, the intricacies of end-of-line packaging design stopped being a job and became second nature.

We're lucky to have the vast knowledge that Jason brings to the table. But as much as we admire the professional, we love the person even more. Having Jason as a coworker is a stroke of luck.
