MATERIAL SPOTLIGHT | THE EXTERIOR

One of the best parts of building a home is seeing all of the individual selections finally come together. This exterior is a perfect example—no single material is doing all the work; it’s the combination that makes it feel special.

The Abyss Black ExpertFinish® LP® SmartSide® from ABC Supply created the rich, dramatic backdrop. Dutch Quality Stone from Iowa Stone Supply added warmth and texture, while the black Quaker windows from Lite Windows & Doors gave the exterior those crisp, clean lines.

And then there are the Haas garage doors in English Oak. The warmth they bring against the black siding and lighter stone was exactly what this exterior needed and really helped pull everything together.

These are the details we love—the way color, texture and materials can completely change how a home feels. And it’s even better when we get to highlight the quality products, local suppliers and skilled trades behind the finished home.

Some selections look good on a sample board. Seeing them all come together like this is even better. 🤍

We’re excited to share this open house tonight at Buck Moon Villas!

We’re incredibly proud of how these homes came together—from the thoughtful design and carefully selected finishes to the quality and craftsmanship found throughout. Every detail was chosen with intention to create beautiful, functional spaces that feel like home.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to build within the Buck Moon community and are excited to see these homes showcased. Most of all, we hope the perfect family walks through the door and finds a place they’ll love for years to come.

One of the things we’re most proud of at Momentum Group isn’t just the homes we build—it’s being part of a community that cares for one another.

We’re excited to share that Brad has officially joined the Board of Directors for Aiming for a Cure. In addition to continuing to serve as Co-Chair of the Sponsorship Committee, he’s honored to support an organization that is making a meaningful difference for children and families affected by pediatric cancer.

Thank you, Aiming for a Cure, for the opportunity to serve. We’re grateful to be part of your mission and look forward to continuing to support the incredible work you’re doing.

When we started Momentum, we had a pretty simple vision: build homes with the same level of care, quality, and attention to detail we’d want for our own family.
