🇺🇸 Happy Veteran’s Day (on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month) to the approximately 19 Million living Veteran’s today! 🇺🇸 “Every 10,000 veterans in the United States, 21 were experiencing homelessness at the start of last year (2020) Veterans make up about 6 percent of the population of the United States but 8 percent of the country’s homeless population.” Approximately 78% of living Veterans served during a wartime period. Florida has the second highest Veteran population in the nation, Texas is first. “It is estimated that one third of veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan have mental health problems. Many of these individuals end up turning to drugs and alcohol to silence their pain. Returning service members often have a hard time integrating back into life in America with their families, and even those with a good support system can find themselves overcome by substance abuse and suicide.” I’m sure Vietnam had a staggering percentage of PTSD Veterans, that the government failed to identify & HELP. Like Lee Greenwood said, “I won’t forget the men who died who gave that right to me” - Lets help those that blindly/courageously served Our Country in whatever capacity you can. Take the time to Thank a Vet with sincerity - Thank You, Grandpa Todd, Grandpa, Sean, Sam. ❤️🤍💙 I am truly grateful for your determination to join the armed forces & defend what you believe in. 🇺🇸

Lejeune’s Order No. 47 is a simple, four-paragraph essay calling Marines to remember the warriors who fought before us and to remember what the Marine Corps is — an elite fighting force steeped in tradition. This morning, 24 years ago, at 8:46am the lives of 2,977 victims were lost on this day, September 11th, 2001. Plus, the subsequent lives that were/are lost because of these events. Remember the Ones that didn’t make it home to their families. 🇺🇸Thank you to the Brave Heros that sacrificed All. The World Trade Center, officially, opened April 4th, 1973 (The North Tower completed in 1970, while The South Tower in 1971). 🇺🇸

Happy First Day of School for many of the schools around Sarasota county! As schools start up in our neighboring counties along with the charter/private schools, please be aware of the law set forth by FLHSMV when a school bus is stopped, illustration below. In addition, please slow down and be aware of your surroundings in school zones and speed limit cameras within school zones around the county. Let’s do our part in keeping the kids safe.

Giving back Thursday: A Client told Ayres about a family in Arcadia, FL that has been without air since Hurricane Milton damaged their existing system. We, at Ayres Conditioning, with the help of Client, Robert Albritton (thank you for the use of the lull & assistance in maneuvering) brought in this monster of a package unit, weighing in at 659lbs, a 4-Ton, 18 SEER, Gree to get this family out of the steady 90 degree heat in their house and living comfortably again. Our community matters to Ayres Conditioning. Thank you for putting Your Comfort in Our Hands!

Happy National AC Day! Willis Carrier filed the plans for the modern air conditioner on July 17, 1902. This day is a chance to appreciate the technology that provides comfort in homes and other buildings, particularly during the hot summer months or all year round in Florida. An AC unit keeps the home cool and the moisture down, but it also serves to clean the air. It pulls air from the home through filters to remove pollutants and keep the air clean. But, in the process, it gets the filters dirty, can cause impacted coils and impacted drain lines. A little love to your system can keep you feeling the love (or cold) all year round.
