Back-to-school season is brighter when we support one another! 🎒✏️

Our Cooper Standard Surgoinsville team showed up in a big way for the Cooper Kids School Backpack Collection! Thanks to their generous donations, the team filled 51 backpacks for CS kids, helping them return to class prepared, confident and ready to learn. Extra supplies will help even more students across our community start the year ready to succeed.

Last week, our Southeast Michigan team had the chance to get behind the wheel of select GM vehicles and experience the latest features, performance and technology firsthand. Throughout the day, participants test-drove a variety of vehicles and connected with GM product specialists to learn more about the innovation behind today's automotive technologies. A special thank you to General Motors for providing this unique opportunity.

That same day our IT Team also hosted an AI Showcase to highlight the art of the possible by demonstrating how AI is helping reshape the way we work. Activities concluded with a BBQ allowing team members to connect and enjoy time together.

Our recent Sealing Innovation Workshop in Vitré, France brought together cross-functional teams from across Europe to exchange ideas, build capabilities and strengthen our culture of innovation and continuous improvement. From deep-dive sessions to interactive discussions.

A highlight of the week was our Shark Tank-style competition, where teams pitched ideas in a fast-paced, dynamic format that sparked creativity and fresh thinking.
