Here in this video, I have finished cleaning, and sealed the pool apron. Both sides had been thoroughly cleaned to remove all algae, w**ds, and discoloration. They were then re-sanded with our chosen tan color. However, only the left portion was sealed, as shown in the picture. The sealer is a two party, epoxy, self pe*******on, guarantee mildew, w**d, discoloration resistant for 5 to 8 years.

Discoloration, algae, and moss were eliminated. All staining was removed. High-maintenance polymeric sand was installed. A self-penetrating sealer was applied to prevent future issues, including ants and w**ds and stains. Really bought it back too life.

Here is the final step of the process, a two part self penetrating sealer does wonders.(white leaves) takes 48 hours for full shine and too fully cure.
