Before and after. Bad PRV and leaking saddle valve. Ball valve should be before expansion tank; this will be remedied when expansion tank needs to be replaced.

Old furnace, customer was told by another company that they don’t make parts for this furnace anymore and that the furnace would have to be replaced at a cost of $15,000.00.
After about 15 minutes of diagnosing, determined control board was bad. Ordered and replaced control board; it fired right up.

Board was secured to the unit after this video was taken.
