🚨 Huge shift in airspace security: The FAA’s new Unmanned Aircraft Flight Restriction (UAFR) proposal will grant certain fixed sites federally enforceable 400ft no-fly zones.

Per occurrence penalties up to $75,000 put teeth into the legally enforceable rules.

To qualify, facilities must have Remote ID receiving capability in place.
