Customer called and said half my house is without power Thursday night.
After inspection of his main service panel we found water making its way in from the outside service feeders and causing heavy rust and corrsion across busbar and breakers. We recommended a panel swap and changing the outside feeders and sealing up existing holes from previous contractors.
