New in the shop: rotary CNC fiber laser.

That's a 6" I-beam turning in the chuck, cut to precision in one setup. No layout, no bandsaw, no grinder.

There aren't many machines in the country that will do both - sheet metal on the flat bed and I-beam in the rotary. We run them on the same machine, along with pipe, round tube, and square tube up to roughly 12" in the chuck.

Copes, notches, bolt holes, and slots, all cut to the print. Structural steel, brackets, gussets, and plate work. One-off or production run, parts that fit the first time.
