Talk about an update! We've upgraded this system with a new stainless steel Navien firetube boiler, replacing the old cast iron unit. This installation features an Axiom 4.6 gallon boiler fill unit, Zilmet cleaning magnet, Spirovent air separator, Grundfos pumps, and Axiom neutralizing condensate pump. All working together to create an ultra high efficiency system.

We significantly enhanced this mechanical room's layout by removing an outdated, inefficient 80-gallon water heater and replacing it with these high-efficiency Navien tankless water heaters. These two units communicate and work together to meet exceptionally high water demands when necessary, providing endless hot water!
